Great Service despite bad start
BAD START
The cleaning service Cron Management was terrible when I initially moved in. I understand they were trying a new cleaning service but I hold them accountable for a sub-par service. That said I’ve enjoyed the property.
PROXIMITY
Love my apartment and the fact that it’s only 1 mile from my classes. A mile sounds far but it’s a light 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride. I really enjoy that time to mentally prepare for my day walking to class and decompressing on my way home from class.
PARKING
Spaces are not assigned and have more than enough to go around. You don’t have to worry about “who’s parked in my spot?” Also, the spaces are very spacious and have wide dividing lines, so no tight squeezing in and out of your car.
FREE LAUNDRY
I was blown away by this amenity because no one else is offering this. Laundry can be done at your leisure without having to worry about having enough quarters or budgeting. I’ve never waited for machines in my first two months as a tenant or seen anyone waiting on me. The laundry room is very clean.
COST
I haven’t been able to find another 1 bedroom apartment for this price unless it’s far from campus (more gas $$$). The only utility bill is electricity and it’s only 35/mo (This is including constantly running Netflix on a 65” 4K resolution TV...just to give you a reference).
