Not the best or cleanest but good for short stay
There's literally nothing but farmlands around this property, so its a great place to stay if you have a car. They have both 35 and 4B buses, so it's easier to commute to Purdue. But the lawns and floors outside the door are very dirty and rarely maintained.

The Quarters
Great apartment away from campus and only a 5 minute drive to campus. Internet is good most of the time. All appliances worked well. Not the highest quality compared to others apartments but still very nice for the price.

Decent Housing Option
It is close to Walmart which is nice, and there is a bus route that runs from the apartment to campus. It is also close to some nature parks. It is definitely not within walking distance of campus. Our electricity bill is much higher than I would expect. The neighbors are quiet. A little on the pricy side. The clubhouse has a pool, a gym, free printing, pool tables, etc, and is pretty nice. There are also a couple of basketball courts.
