Nice but Overpriced
You can get a similar apartment in the same area for less. While some of the amenities are nice, given the minimal free time you have during school I don’t believe it makes the premium paid worth it.

It’s like living in a hotel
100% awesome experience. I’m an MBA student that commutes to NYU. It’s about a 30 second walk to the path station and a very easy 30-40 min commute to school. The amenities are incredible in the building. Staff is super friendly. All together a great community. Really good value for the money.
