Best Apartment there is

I (and many others) undoubtedly feel 1855 family accommodation is the best there is, hands down. You can choose between a 1-bedroom or a 2-bedroom configuration, but both provide great amenities and superior management response times.

These apartments are on-campus so you get to take advantage of all the amenities that the university has to provide added with the convenience of transit pickup right in front of the apartments. The route takes you upto Minskoff Pavillion/ the CATA central bus station within Campus, so you have access to most routes from there.

The only downside is that these apartments get filled up pretty quick. Act as soon as in end Oct/ mid-November stage to be the first to apply for these apartments.

Great place for the price with utilities included

This is a great place compared to Hannah lofts and the lodges which were my previous residences that cost the same but did not have utilities included. the building is brand new and has the nice perk of good security since you have to card into the building before getting to your appt. If you are worried about RAs don't be since they really don't care and you can live your own life without interruption.

Best there is

After having explored a couple out campus housing and in campus, the family housing at 1855 is the best bang for the buck in all aspects. It's super close to the Minskoff pavillion, has bus connectivity, includes all utilities and furniture. Couldn't ask for more.

On Campus Apartments

For an on campus apartment, this is the best option. Comes fully furnished and all utilities covered. Location is right next to stadiums and can easily take a free bus or walk to class. Two downsides. First is the design and location of the fire alarms means it is very likely the alarm will go off several times and force the building to evacuate even when someone just burns some food. Second is some type of dust seems to accumulate very easily especially near the bathrooms.
