Maintenance is okay, I just had a major issue as transportation was canceled and I no longer had a shuttle bus to the school.

The apartment and amenities themselves are very good. The staff at the offices are why it's only ok. There have been a few times where they were not helpful and were rude. When you call for service it can be mixed. Some days they will get back to you immediately other times it will take lots of follow up to come back to get them. The place itself is very nice. parking is never an issue and updated appliances.

My wife and I choose this property because it had a ton of ammenities that we would be able to access at the sister property location, millennium. Since living here, the pool and gym have been constantly closed for unexplained reasons. Maintenance is slow to respond to issues or not at all.

A 10 minutes drive from campus (free shuttle service provided to IU campus), Bloom Apartments is quiet neighborhood with many community resources. There are 2 club houses with 24-hour access 2 gyms, a heated indoor swimming pool, group and individual study rooms, practice rooms for musical instruments and private woods for strolling. There is also ample parking on a first-come, first-serve basis.

There are no stores in walking distance, so having a car is a plus . It's also not suggested for anyone looking to be close to bars and nightlife. But if you do not mind driving 10 minutes away or are willing to use Uber/Lyft, this is a great housing option that gives you more amenities at a significantly lower cost than living downtown.

High value apartment with cheap cost

This property company writes their own good reviews of their complex, so don't be fooled by the good rating. They do not fix issues in a timely manner and there is no reliability for the campus shuttle. If you have to take an uber in, good luck getting that paid for. I've heard they hardly give any security deposit back, and are very picky about damages, yet won't come fix anything.
