Good not great

Things have been pretty good. Area is nice and we were able to quickly secure housing. There have been some issues with the hot water, but they quickly replaced our fridge when it stopped working. When I brought up some clauses in the lease that I thought were likely unfair, they rebuffed me entirely and the company I worked with to sign the lease and see the apartment (not the management company) was not great at communicating.
