Location
So far, pretty chill. However, I must confirm that all the rumors and gossip I heard over the years about the Village are 100% true. I'm not overly impressed by the maturity level of people who live here, but my roommates themselves are great. The best part is it is a 10 minute walk to the Law School, and an even shorter walk to the Joaquin UVX stop.

I've enjoyed the Village at South Campus
The best part of living at the Village is the proximity to campus. It's a nice short 10-15 minute walk. And the amenities are great. There's a washer and dryer in each individual apartment, DirectTV is included, and overall the apartments are clean and fairly new.

Overall nice facility.
The Village is the social center of Provo. Great wards and easy place to meet people. Always something fun going on. Most of the residents are younger undergrads. Can tend to be noisy in some units. Management is tricky with charging fees for little things. Short walking distance to the law school. Very upscale.
