A beautiful apartment in an up and coming area

I've lived in my apartment for a little over a year and I love the experience so far. The apartment itself is new, clean, and has great amenities (shared rooftop, large windows, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, individual balcony, gym, individual storage spaces, beautiful view of empire state building and freedom tower, cinema room, and self-controlled heat/air).
