Review for Lawson Building East
The apartment building is generally quiet. The wifi does periodically go out. The parking area is fenced in/safe. To get into the building you need a code. Initially the management was not responsive at all and I had problems getting questions answered. They have since hired a new property manager and the communication is much better.

Great downtown spot!
I've lived in my apartment since M1 year and really have no complaints. My apartment is spacious, all of the appliances are brand new. Exposed brick walls and an industrial feel given that the building was a manufacturing building before it was refurbished, but it has a modern spin on it. <2 blocks away from downtown, so walking there for coffee/restaurants/farmer's market is great! One down side is that sometimes it's hard to get in touch with management.
