Review

The facility is nice, very secure, and walking distance to most restaurants downtown. However, it is overpriced.

Great Apartment Complex, Very Expensive

New construction with luxury amenities in the heart of downtown. There is a gym, clubhouse, Amazon lockers and a private parking garage level for residents as well as secured entrances to the property. The units have stainless steel appliances, in unit full size washer and dryer, and ceiling to floor windows. Management is very friendly and responsive. The only downside is the high rent costs, however they do offer residents the option to Airbnb certain units.
