Affordable Housing Right Outside Downtown
I have been residing here for almost 1.5 years now. The apartment manager and staff are amazing! Maintenance comes when you need them. There is a pool and a dog area. The rent is only $845 for a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment that is about 1150 sq ft. The only downside is the stairs everywhere. All the apartments are at least 2 stories (more like townhomes I guess). There are stairs leading up to every apartment door and stairs scattered all throughout the complex. If you don't mind that, then it is the perfect place to live.
