Cheap but far from campus
The rent at Irish Hills is cheaper than what a student will find closer to school but it's a 15-20 minute drive to campus. If you have kids or a pet and want a little more space, it could be a good fit but I recommend if you want to spend more time on campus/going out with your class, live closer.
