I love my living situation at UHeights

My one-bedroom apartment is very spacious. I have a dishwasher, plenty of storage closets, and a walk-in closet. I also have a little patio. Overall, my rent is really cheap for how much space I have. No extra cost for parking. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly. Good management from what I can tell. Location is great for me -- 5 mins from the law school.

My only complaints are that the laundry is in a separate building. It's not far, but it's annoying. It also kind of expensive. While you can use an app to pay, sometimes it eats my money. The laundry room also isn't super clean. I can also sometimes hear my neighbors, although I think that is more because they are noisy and not necessarily because of the walls. I never have trouble sleeping.

Very Good

I love my apartment. The outside of the building/grounds is kind of rundown/dingy. But I love my actual apartment. It is huge, has central A/C and heat, and has a balcony. My maintenance requests are promptly addressed. Management is very nice. It is very cheap, and I think has great bang for buck.

An 8 minute bike ride away from the law school. Spacious. Few other law students in the complex. A lot of families in the complex
