Reserve at Belvedere

I absolutely love living in this complex - my neighbors are older and quieter, I have tons of space for a good price (especially compared to Pav), and I live next to a cute neighborhood and tons of grocery stores/shops (Aldi, Kroger). I also have a beautiful pool and hot tub that are rarely used. My drive to school is the only thing I knocked a point for since it takes me about 15 minutes to get to the Law School and there can be bad traffic on Seminole Trail. I would absolutely live here again (after living here all three years) and have no regrets!

Safe, quiet neighborhood

I really enjoyed my experience at Reserve at Belvedere. It's a little further from the law school than other apartment complexes, but it is so quiet, peaceful, and safe. The amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse) are all beautiful and the staff are all so responsive and kind. Maintenance is done quickly, and they host frequent events for their residents. I really enjoy living here, and have no complaints.
