Good Price-Quality Ratio
As far as apartments go, this is one of the best for my situation. Within walking distance to the main campus, the 3-bedroom duplex (top and bottom) gives you the freedom of having your own bed and bath, while not charging a crazy amount for it. The total out of pocket cost per month is about $550 right now, although they are raising the rents due to just-completed renovations. I believe for newcomers, the rent goes up to $575 before utilities. Given the other options, though, this is still a great deal if you want to live in Clemson.
