Great location- room for improvement

It's a great location with close proximity to downtown.

Pros:
1. Great surrounding community.
2. Walkability/likeability
3. Nice pool and landscaping
4. Pet friendly
5. Great parking
6. Excellent value for the kitchens.

Cons:
1.Fire alarm system malfunctions
2.Thin walls
