Their manager is rude and uncommunicative

She doesn't communicate, is always looking to charge you for little things. She took over management about a year ago and the apartment is deteriorating under her. Also there's always police here because of domestic issues.

Nice apartment in a good area with subpar management

Through 6 weeks of living in this apartment I do not have many complaints. However, it was difficult to apply and the leasing office was not very responsive.
