Incredible location for SMU people, aging property
The location of the remington can't be beat. And individually, the houses are actually pretty good. However, the property itself is aging and the management company is pretty bad. Things break all the time and take forever to get fixed.
It really depends upon your landlord (if you're renting a unit) and how much you will use the facilities. If you'll mostly use your apartment and walk to work, it's a fantastic place to live. But if you're counting on the pool and gates that stay fixed, it's not so good.
They are looking at changing the management company so I think that'll help a ton. They've also made alot of repairs since I've moved here so those are nice.
