Nice but needs improvment

It’s nice, no bug issues, quiet for the most part and clean. However, walls are a bit thin so loud noise travels easily. Also, maintenance is prompt to fix things but would rather fix an appliance even when replacing it would be better. My dryer has been drilled into and buttons/wiring moved around rather than being replaced. Knowing full well if someone new moves in they will replace it but who cares about the current tenant.

Nice place

Big apartment, nice clean community, and safe. Rent is high and walls are thin.
