Good rent and location
Great rent for such a floor plan. Cross the street from Butler Plaza with all major stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. It has 3 entrances, giving you more choices for public transportation.

DO NOT LIVE HERE
I don’t write reviews ever, but this place needs a review. If I don’t benefit the world in any other way, I must benefit it by ensuring I give proper warning that, in my opinion, NO ONE should ever live at Stoneridge. My apartment was roach infested the entire year I lived there. I saw a review about roaches after I signed my lease, but before I moved in, that said a woman’s apartment was roach infested. Stoneridge moved her into another apartment which was also roach infested, according to her review. I asked the office about this review, and the manager, a woman named Holiday, lied and told me the woman was the cause of the roaches, not the complex. She assured me the complex had no major roach issues. She lied. On the day I moved into my apartment, it was filthy. Roaches were EVERYWHERE. I had to cancel my movers and my day was ruined. The leasing office gave me a new apartment in a different building, which had not been immediately noticeable as infested, but throughout my year there, the roaches never stopped. On top of the filthiness of the premises, management was often rude, untimely, and unorganized. I once called the office every day for a week about an important work package that the office had for a whole week but never logged. I could not wait to end my lease at Stoneridge. I became miserable as a result of living here, and I hated having to sleep in this place every night.
