Station on Washington
Great location close to campus and to the light rail. The staff is alright and maintance is fairly quick. The gym is small but not usually very busy. The elevators are slow and the staircases and hallways are not cleaned very often.

The Station
The best thing about the Station is how convenient it is. The metro line is right by the apartment, and the law school is about a twenty minute walk. There are a lot of restaurants around, and a nice walking trail is nearby.
The apartments themselves are pretty comfortable. It is seven years old, so they are getting a little old, but they are still nice. The apartments are relatively spacious
The management is overall responsive, but you probably will need to call them directly.
The only problem I have had is that they stopped providing cable without notice, and did not reduce the rent.
