Terrible management, good location/size
The apartment itself is a great size for the price and neighborhood. Top floor of a 4-floor pre-war building, the ceilings are high and the apartment has a lot of character. The bedrooms are absolutely massive, each being king-sized with room to spare. The common areas are small and the management is an absolute nightmare, being generally unresponsive and extremely rude when they do answer.
Plenty of sunlight and good neighbors though!
