Great place
We have lived in this building for years and it’s great. I love bedstuy (we are on the edge of Clinton hill but it’s really bedstuy) and it’s nice to have a balcony for remote classes when it’s warm out.

expensive for the quality and far from my school
I've lived here 5 years and while the apartment was nicely finished when I moved in, it is deteriorating over time. Anytime a common area is damaged, the maintenance is a little worse than the original condition. The doorknobs throughout the building don't match, after water damage two years ago they never painted the entire lobby, etc. We now have mice in the building and maintenance is slow to resolve.
On the bright side, however, I am friends with my neighbors and love my cat. Management has never had a problem with pets or kids.
