1920s building has its pros and cons
I love living in an old building! The Belmont Apartments are in a great neighborhood on the border of Cap Hill and 1st Hill. Moving up from downtown, my boyfriend and I cut our rent and got more space. There are some downsides like no dishwasher, no parking, no fans, no amenities in the building etc. But there is so much character and lots of charm. It is worth it for the "cheap" rent.
