Super nice!
I’ve had a great experience. There’s an in-unit washer and dryer and everything has been usable. The times I’ve reached out to management they have not been as responsive as I would like, but they have gotten back to me every time.
The complex is right next to a bus station that takes me to campus, close to the law school, so driving isn’t a necessity and there’s a grocery store, the “downtown,” and temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints within walking distance.
The kitchen is small and it wouldn’t be easy if my roommates and I were cooking at the same time, but it works for us.
