I will be sad to leave when I graduate.

This is the best property I have ever rented. The leasing staff and maintenance have never been anything but extremely helpful and friendly. I have never had any major maintenance issues, but all small ones have been fixed almost immediately. Parking is uncovered, but free to residents and guests. I've never felt unsafe. It's only about 10 minutes from UT, 2 minutes from the nearest Kroger, 5 minutes to the nearest park, and easy driving distance from a lot of other restaurants/parks/stores/etc.

There is a pool but I've never used it, so I can't speak to it.

Orchard lakes is an ideal apartment

I love living here, it’s very quiet and the maintenance and property management works with you efficiently. The walls are a little thin but overall it’s a great experience and the price and location are ideal. It is only 10 minutes from the university and is in a very safe location.
