Standart Lofts
The place is spectacular, although the walls are incredibly thin and it's hit or miss whether management will work with you to make your experience better. Resigning was very difficult for me because of their system. They kept showing me apartments, I would confirm that I wanted that apartment, and then they would give it away the next day. There is also no gym available and the washer/dryers are in one unit, meaning there is no separate washer and dryer. I always try to do my laundry elsewhere if I can because of how irritating the washer/dryer itself is. Maintenance is quick, responsive, and very friendly. While the high ceilings are nice, be prepared for a giant heating and cooling bill.

Close to campus but big problems with management
The apartment is super close to campus where you can literally walk and see campus in your backyard. However, I feel like the unit is not worth this steep price. The price is per person. Bedrooms have NO windows which makes it hard to wake up in the morning. The unit itself is small and feels like a hotel room. Also, they gave us a handicap apartment and did not tell us and would not take away any costs. Due to this, our unit had smaller washer and dryer, smaller dishwasher, no drawers in the entire unit, odd shower, and way less cabinets. Not worth it I think
