Family with school age kids

Living in this apartment offers you access to great amenities but also puts you very close to the best schools for your kids in College Station. You will be farther from campus but it will allow your kids and you to sleep through the night. Parks are close by and there is a pool they are dog friendly and the apartment responds quickly to any issues.

Great apartment

Great 1bedroom with study apartment! It's great for my two golden retrievers and I also have a private garage. It's only about 15 min from school which is also great!

Great Thus Far

This place has only been opened since August, so the facilities are well kept. The apartments are also well-kept and well-built in my opinion. I've had some trouble getting work orders completed in a timely manner, but the staff made it right and has been very friendly.
