Great value
It’s an older complex, but the new management has made a lot of updates in the past couple of years. They even power washed our decks and installed a new door to match the exterior renovations. Maintenance responds very quickly (requests made through an app!) and is very kind and courteous. Emergency maintenance is also great. The office staff is very kind and professional. The complex overall is home to several families, as well as graduate students and other young people. You can also pay rent through the app or online. They have a small gym and 2 small pools that were redone this summer. It’s not the newest complex but the space, management, and maintenance are excellent for the price!
