Great location and value
I've loved my time at Arbors. Upon move in, my partner and I got a special where we got our first two months of rent free. In addition, our rental rate includes everything except electricity which is very convenient. I would say my apartment is decently priced. It is unfurnished, but does have wood floors, washer dryer in unit, and pet friendly right on Texas!

Peaceful and Friendly
My apartment complex is probably my favorite complex I have lived in since being in College Station (I have been here 6 years). It is walking distance from starbucks, sweet eugenes coffee shop, and HEB. It is a little pricey, however it is one of the best deals for living alone! I have signed with them two years and each time was able to get 2 months rent free! The landlord always works with you if you are late on rent and even provides catering once or twice a semester just for fun! They recently put in a new pool and new grills. The neighborhood is quite, mostly grad students or international families, which is great for studying! They also have a dog park that is a decent size! There is a bus stop right in front of the complex as well.

Not Worth It
Pros: Recently renovated and close to campus. Parking is convenient.
Cons: Too many to list. Mainly maintenance issues (water is shut off for a few hours about every few weeks without much notice) and rude management. Based on what I've seen on Zillow, you can pay less to live in a better complex that is still in a convenient location.
