Great overall
1. Nice community - a lot of trees and community itself is very quite
2. Maintenance request - fast but sometimes if it's not urgent, they come very late
3. I have a noisy neighbor, but the management said they could not do anything with that so it's just luck.
4. Pest control fee is included in the monthly rent fee however I have had ants coming out which I resolved on my own.
5. No gym or pool in the community
6. 10-15 min drive from school (shuttle bus station nearby)

A good Choice
It is fairly cheaply constructed but good for what it is. It is a 5 -10 minute drive at 7am, is near the HEB in Bryan, and near a park. It is a mix of families and students but I have not had a problem with noise or other common issues with renting.
