Away from Undergrads
This is a great apartment complex. Near the bus with a 15ish minute ride to agate which is free with your student id. The parking is the only problem. The lot is not monitored and cars are very frequently broken into.

Great Place Downtown
I enjoy living at Broadway Place. It is mainly people who are not in school, young professionals and families, which means it is quiet. Having the extra bedroom was something my partner and I knew we needed once classes were announced online and this is one of the few places that were not outrageous. I also wanted a garage for my car and to have secure entry to the apartment building.
