Apartment way too expensive for the condition and size. However, it is a safe community with free parking.

Hamden Centre Apartment

I have felt safe in this community and find that it is a convenient location with a minimal commute to the North Haven Campus. However, my partner and I feel that the apartment is very overpriced for what we got. The apartment is much smaller than we were originally promised and we were denied a tour prior to signing the lease. Coming from out of state, we felt that we had no other options. We have had constant issues with things breaking and falling apart. We were charged more monthly for renovations that appear to be rushed and very poorly done. My peers that rent rooms in converted houses seem to have much nicer, larger places for far less money.
