Very Solid For Living Solo

Living less than a mile away from campus is awesome, and the location is incredibly central I’m relation to campus and the strip. There are so many amenities nearby, it’s a relatively safe and secure area that doesn’t receive too much foot traffic, and the rent is reasonable. The apartments are recently renovated and I haven’t noticed any major issues. The pools are also a great little amenity and there’s a small gym that’s also really convenient. Having laundry on site is also very important to me, and being able to have a card I can load with money is very convenient when I don’t have any cash. The front office is extremely friendly, I find it easy to get my mail, and overall I feel like it’s a great bang for your buck. I am really glad I chose to live on the west side of campus instead of the east to be honest. It seems like it’s weirdly quieter, and the Hard Rock buffers the street from any Strip-goers. Very happy with my choice!
