Regency Towers
This is great option for someone that wants to live 5 minutes form campus but also wants to feel safe. The tower is inside a guard gated community, & there is very strict security in the building too.
However, it is very pricey as units are for rent by owners (no leasing office), & the surrounding area outside the gates is not very nice.
It is also NOT a place to throw parties/events. Almost every unit is owned by 65+ aged residents, & noise is not tolerated. Therefore, if you looking to live in place to meet/mingle with other people, this is NOT your building.
