Echo is a solid choice
I’ve had a very positive experience living at Echo 1055, and I’d gladly recommend it to others. From the start, the location is a major strength just steps from campus and within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and conveniences. The proximity to UNLV makes commuting easy and adds to the feeling of being in the heart of student life.
The apartments themselves are modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The finishes (quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances) give a clean, upscale feel. The layouts, from studios to 4-bedroom units, offer flexibility, and the in-unit laundry, air conditioning, and included high-speed internet are real perks.
Community amenities are a highlight. The 24/7 fitness center, resort-style pool with lounge areas and BBQ stations, game room, and dedicated study spaces all add value. These shared areas help foster a sense of community and give options to relax, socialize, or focus on work.
In terms of management and maintenance, staff have generally been responsive and helpful. The grounds are maintained well, and common areas are usually clean and inviting. Any maintenance requests I’ve made were addressed in a reasonable timeframe.
No place is perfect, and I’ve noticed that hallway cleanliness could be improved. Also, depending on the unit, sound can carry between neighbors. But relative to what you get in this area, these are minor drawbacks compared to the overall living experience.
All in all, Echo 1055 offers a strong balance of location, amenities, and comfort. For students or anyone wanting a central, amenity-rich living environment in Las Vegas, this place is solid.

In unit laundry
Its a good apartment. Its a little ways away from the law school but not the worst. It fairly quite there and you get your own bed and bathroom. has in unit laundry!! its the reason I am there.

Decent Apartment
The move in process was very easy, the apartment provided movers to unpack your car and move belongings into your apartment. The apartment itself is fairly up to date, and they have a coffee machine that is free to use for residents. I live on the first floor right in front of the pool and it gets rowdy. The walls are thin and there is often loud noise and music late at night.

It is fine for what it is. Nothing to blow your mind, nothing to leave you disappointed.

Decent living area
Decent living place, close to campus and walkable. The area is a little sketchy at night, and you might have to park across the street as parking is limited.

The location is the best part about this apartment. You are close to the school so there is less of a need to travel. However, it does get noisy and walls can feel thin at times. You will likely have to live with a roommate unless you are lucky and can nab a studio apartment.

No parking! You have to park across the street with a UNLV parking pass. And the walk to and from the law school is sketchy on Tropicana. Having to cross a very busy road is annoying.
