It’s overall pretty good. Although 1b 1b, still some bother from roommate, who will has night shift

Decent living area
Decent living place, close to campus and walkable. The area is a little sketchy at night, and you might have to park across the street as parking is limited.

Echo 1055
The location is the best part about this apartment. You are close to the school so there is less of a need to travel. However, it does get noisy and walls can feel thin at times. You will likely have to live with a roommate unless you are lucky and can nab a studio apartment.

No parking! You have to park across the street with a UNLV parking pass. And the walk to and from the law school is sketchy on Tropicana. Having to cross a very busy road is annoying.

Pros: Rent by room (which includes personal bathroom); Internet included; gym; pool; zen garden; nice apartment appliances
Cons: Staff not organized (don’t keep track of important info re: pets, desired roommate placements)
