Advantages and disadvantages
Most of the international students live in this residence and this is what is comfortable.
The apartment overlooks a walking track and there is an Amazon park nearby, which is a large and wonderful park.
The disadvantage of this apartment is that it is far from the university, where the walking distance is 30 minutes, the bus station stops 15 minutes away from the university, and it also comes every hour only.
There is no washer and dryer inside the apartment. It is in a common outside room.
There is something annoying in this apartment about the packages, when a package arrives it goes to the apartment office and I have to go there and pick it up, the office on Sunday is closed and when the order arrives on Sunday the order comes back and comes again on Monday, which is so sad because some times I need it Urgent, knowing that I write a note on the order site that they deliver it at the door of my apartment, but they don't respond to my request.

Spencer View Review
Spencer View is very nice. It’s clean, management usually responds in a good amount of time. Located across the street from Amazon Park and next to a track, there is a lot of opportunity to get outside and take a break from studying. One of the only frustrating things is that the complex does very little, if anything, when an unauthorized person parks in an assigned spot.

Small space, but excellent neighborhood.
Many families live in this complex and there is a playground outside our apartment.
The only downside is that you have to be patient with University Housing. In January, we applied for a mid-July move in date and we did not learn about our acceptance until a week before our requested date.
