Good living
Undergraduate complex. Large. Long hallways. Beautiful rooms. 4-bed 4-bath layouts are useful for mixing community time with personal time.

Good enough!
A bit loud some evenings, but largely quiet, happy living. It's been stable and secure and allowed me to pursue studies without trouble.

The most poorly managed building I have ever lived in. Staff very unexperienced, building very loud, walls thin.

Perfect for younger students
This apartment complex is student-only and geared towards undergrads. It is very close to the law school (less than 10 minute walk or 2 minute bus ride). There is a gym in the apartment, game room, study rooms, free printing, parking, and other amenities. It is also furnished. While it seems price-y compared to other places, it is in a safe location, has new amenities and modern furniture, and many benefits especially for students who have not truly lived away from home before.
One issue is, this place is mainly catered towards undergrads. Due to COVID, there are less parties and it is quieter. However, depending on where your room is, the echos might might sounds amplify. It is not horrible unless someone is using a speaker by the pool. But any unreasonably loud noises can be handled by speaking to management to shut stuff down.
