Great Place to Live!

Belmont has been great, I have the master bedroom with a bathroom attached so I have lots of space but the rooms are different sizes and rent is adjusted accordingly.

I haven't been there long, but I love my apartment, and the YSA ward has a lot of graduate students, which makes it a fun place to be.

The space itself is great, and the proximity to campus is fantastic. On its own merits, I highly recommend it. That being said, management has been annoying to deal with, and I have my doubts that a worthwhile cleaning check was conducted before we moved in, and elements of the apartment could use some upkeep. It's great to have guaranteed parking, though it's tight (I scraped my door on the pillar adjacent to my spot the first time I tried parking there, and I suspect it will someday happen again). There is a pool, basketball court, clubhouse, and a small workout room, though I've not personally used any of them yet.

Love the atmosphere and people in my ward. Very safe area with shuttle to campus close by. Having a private landlord is definitely the move if possible.

Belmont Condo's Experience

The unit is wonderful, very well maintained. The location is fantastic, very close to campus. Aspen ridge can be difficult at times but they are very quick to respond to maintenance requests and other concerns and have resolved pretty much everything I’ve had issues with.

The parking is not ideal because there are not enough spaces for all residents, and the spaces are so narrow that cars get dinged up frequently. Also there are no bike racks, so if you live on the 2nd or 3rd floor you’ll have to carry your bike up and down and store it on the balcony or something.

Good apartments. FCS is a bigger management company so there are a lot of downsides to that. The ward is really awesome and in general it is a more mature feel. I know a lot of BYU law students living here.

This is the best place I’ve heard of for grad students within walking distance from the law school. Most people living there are between 23-30, which is hard to find in Provo. (Most places run a lot younger.) The apartments are nice, it’s a quiet neighborhood, FCS is responsive to maintenance requests, you have an assigned parking space… I’ve really enjoyed living here. Also there are several other law students scattered throughout Belmont.

Good. Occasional wait for repairs.
