Convenient
The location of 12b is what drew me into living there. I lived there for 2 years on the 4th floor. It was nice walking to campus however management/ maintenance isn’t the best time wise and communicating with the staff is tricky. Your neighbors are also typically undergrads so the overall environment and noise level can be chaotic.

Great rooms, modern appliances. Lots of hidden fees and extra charges. Doors and walls are very thin.

Not worth the price
Very expensive apartment. The interior is quite nice with good amenities, but neighbors are very noisy -- lots of parties since it is so close to Aggieville

12B Loft Review
I have loved living at 12B Lofts. It is convenient to walk to campus and live next to Aggieville. 12B has a great management team and their amenities are an excellent perk!
