Lack of Communication when moving in
On my move in date, the previous property management, Frontier Management, did not let me know the apartment unit had been purchased and neither the new (Jes Pro Notary & Property Services, LLC) or the previous property management took responsibility for the lack of communication. They assumed the other company communicated with me. I was not reimbursed storage fees or provided any discount for the inconvenience. At least, they honored my signed contract and didn't change any part of it.
I've been in about 2 months now, and luckily it has been good. Nice apartment and good price for 3 bedrooms. And they accept pets.
