Good place for family/couple

Affordable two-bedroom apartments. Located just a short walk from Campus (~10 min to Engineering Hall) and Aggieville (~15 min).

1856 Anderson Review

This is very close to campus so you do not need a parking pass. It is a bit outdated but they are slowly renovating other units. Most units are 2 bed/1bath but there are a few 1 bed/1bath. Since it is older the windows leak so utilities are a bit higher than initially expected. Upper units have a balcony which is nice. Laundry is coin operated.
