Villas at Houston Levee
I have lived in this apartment for 2 years with my husband and two cats. The apartment itself is nice with a large bathroom and hardwood floors. This is a gated complex, so I feel safe. This is a good location for someone with a family. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The area is more spread out than downtown/midtown, so I don’t ever feel crowded. The only downside is that rent has been increasing the past two years, and it is about a 20-30 min drive to campus.
