Brinkley Apartments
We have been in this apartment for four years. We love the neighborhood as well as the general feel and space in the apartment. Over the years we have had some pest problems (raccoons in attic and drain flies as a result of a sewage leak). I would describe the management as more reactive than proactive to issues we have, however, the issues do eventually get resolved. We have not had any issues with appliances, and for simple fixes, management is very responsive.
