Great location + staff
Ashwood is a great place to live. The maintenance staff are very helpful. It's a short walk to campus. No crazy noise on the weekends, and no street noise. Apartments are clean, and in ours, the floors have been recently redone. There is also a pool and a small gym. Parking is free and there is always enough room.

I really enjoy it there.
Close to campus, and cheap. Not fancy, but responsive property manager. Would take a tour before you sign, just to make sure it’s a good fit.
