Decent first apartment for an okay price.
I love the location - super convenient for getting around Columbia, but far enough away from campus to have some separation from school and the downtown scene. The management/maintenance team is fantastic and super responsive, and the on site pool and gym are definitely a plus.
The buildings are a little bit older though, and the AC sometimes has a hard time keeping up in the summer. The apartments aren't very spacious either; there's only one closet, so I feel like I'm always running out of storage space. Definitely gets the job done - I'm happy with my apartment but I think the price is a little steep for what you get.
