Recommend

Staff is great, very communicative and helpful. Maintenance requests completed within a few days for minor things. Plenty of parking and gym on site. Location close to school and good central location to get to most places (uptown, Metairie, school, city park).

Pricier, but fit my criteria

Overall, pleasant experience. Friendly staff and neighbors. If I've had issues, maintenance has addressed them within 24-72 hours. Location is great--short drive to UMC and campus and all the eats of Mid-City are nearby. Only concern is that the price seems somewhat high. However, you do not need to pay for gated, covered parking, which can easily add several hundred to rent. Additionally, I chose this complex specifically because they offered complimentary EV charging.
