NorthPointe Student Apartments

Due to Covid the facilities have been limited, I have enjoyed being alone in my apartment. It is close to stores, gym, and other facilities.

Acceptable conditions

I had a decent experience living here; I knew all my roommates, which can make a big difference. Nothing in my apartment ever broke, like the washer/dryer (if it did break, I knew there could be some delay, from knowing other people that lived there). My apartment never got broken into, but my bike did get stolen from the bike rack outside my building. The walls are decently thin. On occasions, I could hear the people above me walking and the people below me playing music. I didn't have a car while I lived here, so I occasionally took the bus to & from campus; I would recommend only taking it if your not on a tight schedule or don't have an important event going on because they do break down and often don't follow the schedule (show-up late/leave early). My now fiance lived here in a different apartment on the other side of the complex; he had a dog and would complain about other people living there having their dogs off-leash and not picking up poop. He had an awful experience compared to mine. His neighbors were drug dealers. They were arrested on-site by multiple cops. He also had really loud neighbors under him that would blast music 24/7. His apartment wasn't in as good of condition as mine, he had to get his washer fixed, and they had to replace his microwave.
