Decent apartment for a non-picky person

My apartment is clean and fresh. My only issue is that the AC is a wall unit in the living room and the bedroom stays warm even with a box fan. Coin operated laundry is on the first floor. I stay here part time and have never used the laundry facility. Parking can be annoying. There is always spaces available, but not necessarily on the side of the building I prefer.

No deck or green space.
No pool. No gym. No pets.

Great apartment and location

The apartment is very nice, the management is helpful, and the location is right next to the law school. The price is very reasonable for the size, along with not having any roommates.
