Close to everything
I love that my apartment is walking distance to everything in the vista and a short 8 minute drive to the hospital. I love how they’re built like townhomes and the management gives free things often. However, the quality isn’t great and lately the management has charged some “new fees” that the old management didn’t have (such as a $5 service fee for electricity bill manager).
